My Little World: Create & Play for iPhone and iPad, this website and our support email.

Last updated: 22 September 2026

Who we are

My Little World: Create & Play is published by Sasano Mizutani, an individual developer based in Sweden. The publisher is responsible for the personal information handled through our support service and this website.

For support or privacy questions, a parent or guardian can email whimzilab@gmail.com.

The app is designed for young children, with parents and guardians managing purchases and adult settings. This policy describes the iOS app. It does not describe an Android version or a browser-based game.

Your child’s saved world

Normal play does not require an account, a child’s name, an email address or a photograph. Mini Me is made by choosing from artwork included in the app. There is no camera or photo-upload feature.

The app saves play on the device, including:

  • Mini Me’s appearance, clothes and favourite outfits, and an unfinished character-creation step.
  • Drawings, other creations, room choices and the positions of decorations.
  • Recycled creations and their recycling dates, plus music and sound preferences.

A local character identifier connects Mini Me with the saved world. It is not an online account. The app does not send this identifier, your child’s drawings or their saved play to the publisher.

The app has no advertising, publisher-operated play analytics, location feature, chat or public sharing. We do not sell children’s saved play or use it for advertising. There is no publisher-operated cloud account or cross-device synchronization.

Apple purchases

Where the installed app offers the Full World unlock, purchases and restore controls are in the gated Grown-ups area. Apple handles payment through the App Store. The app does not ask for or receive your payment-card details.

The app uses Apple’s StoreKit service to check verified purchase information and whether Full World is owned. These checks do not send a child’s drawings or Mini Me identifier to our own server. We do not operate a purchase-verification server.

Apple processes store purchases, account information and related records under Apple’s App Store privacy information. Apple’s store and operating-system services may communicate with Apple independently of the app’s local saved play.

Keeping and deleting saved play

Saved play stays on the device until it is changed, deleted or affected by device storage management. Grown-ups can delete creations, reset Mini Me and favourite outfits, or reset the whole world. Permanent deletion and resets ask for confirmation.

Recycling hides a creation and allows recovery for 30 days. Expired recycled creations are removed when the app next opens. Grown-ups can permanently delete recycled creations sooner.

The operating system may include app data in device backups or transfers, depending on your settings. Deleting play inside the app does not necessarily remove a copy from an existing device backup. Manage those backups through Apple’s device and account settings.

We cannot retrieve a lost world from a publisher-operated cloud service. Removing the app or clearing its data can lose saved play. Resetting a world does not cancel an App Store purchase or delete Apple’s purchase history.

Contacting support

If you email us, we receive your email address, the name shown by your email service, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to answer your request, investigate a problem and handle privacy questions. Our basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in providing support and resolving requests, and any applicable legal obligations.

Our support inbox uses Google’s Gmail service. The publisher and the email-service provider handle the correspondence needed to deliver and respond to your message. Please read Google’s privacy policy for information about that service.

Support information is kept for as long as needed to answer and resolve the request, handle related follow-up or meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your correspondence. Information that must be kept for a legal obligation or an unresolved legal claim may need to be retained for that purpose.

Please contact us as a parent or guardian. Avoid sending a child’s name, photograph, drawings or other unnecessary personal information. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details. If unnecessary child information reaches our support inbox, contact us so we can address it and arrange deletion where appropriate.

This website

This website provides support and privacy information. It has no account registration, contact form, advertising scripts or publisher-added analytics. The pages do not ask for a child’s information and do not access saved play in the app.

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting services process connection and request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver pages and protect the service. This is separate from the iOS app’s local saved play. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their service practices.

Email and hosting providers may process information outside Sweden or the European Economic Area. Their policies explain their international processing and protections. Contact us with questions about the services used for a support request.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict its use, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email whimzilab@gmail.com to make a request. We may need enough information to verify that the request concerns your information.

We cannot remotely access or delete your child’s locally saved world. Use the controls in Grown-ups to manage it on the device.

You can raise a concern with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or your local data-protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the app’s features or our data practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
